La teoría, entendemos, es preceptiva, porque corresponde a todo lo que el alumno debe pre-captar o tener en cuenta de antemano para efectuar sus proyectos. es un saber que propone un sentido; no sólo fundamenta lo que hay, es decir, la arquitectura hecha, sino que debe formular lo que es factible o posible, puesto que su condición anticipadora de lo que hay la convierte en posibilidad de lo que no hay.
- Abstract: At a time like this, in which profound methodological changes are proposed in the teaching of architecture and there are burning questions about the decoding and justification of architectural creations, what is dealt with in this book has to do with everything that we consider fundamental for the creation of the spatial form of architecture; with the order of ideas and processes, with the previous knowledge that stimulates the architectural configuration. The theory, we understand, is mandatory, because it corresponds to everything that the student must pre-capture or take into account in advance to carry out their projects. it is a knowledge that proposes a meaning; not only does it base what is there, that is, the architecture made, but it must formulate what is feasible or possible, since its anticipatory condition of what is there makes it possible for what is not there.
