- Resumen: El talento es la capacidad de rendimiento superior en un área concreta. Generalmente tiene mucho más que ver con la actitud frente al trabajo que con una supuesta aptitud innata. El talento se cultiva. La labor docente en la gestión de dicho talento es fundamental para alimentarlo y potenciar sus habilidades, su creatividad y su dedicación. Requiere un conocimiento específico de los intereses y las habilidades de cada estudiante y el uso de estrategias motivadoras frente a las segregativas.Se trata de crear un ambiente propicio de trabajo e intercambio de experiencias, para que los alumnos adquieran confianza en sus habilidades, lo que posibilitará un adecuado clima de cooperación y diálogo abierto en el grupo. A través del formato de la sesión crítica, los alumnos pueden participar de los comentarios de sus profesores y compañeros sobre el propio trabajo o el de otros. De esta manera, se producirá un efecto contagio en el grupo, al desposeer al talento de ese halo de inaccesibilidad y convertirlo en una meta deseada y accesible, a través de la motivación y la ilusión. Se obtiene un beneficio para el individuo y la colectividad.

- Abstract: The talent is the ability of superior performance in a specific area. Generally, it is much more related with the attitude towards work than with a supposed innate aptitude. The talent must be cultivated. The educational duty in the management of the talent is fundamental in order to feed and develop their skills, their creativity and their dedication. It requires a specific knowledge of the interests and abilities of each student and the use of motivational strategies in the face of the segregated ones.The idea is to create an appropriate working environment and the exchange of experiences among students to acquire confidence in their abilities, which will provide a suitable climate of cooperation and open dialog in the group. Through the format of critical session, students can participate in the comments of their teachers and students on their own work and the others. In this way, there will be a «copycat effect» in the group, to deprive the concept of talent of the inaccessibility halo and turn it into a desired and accessible goal, through motivation and illusion. There is a benefit for the individual and the community.
