  • Summary: This contribution reflects a series of teaching experiences that the ‘Hypermedia Research Group’ Workshop of architectural configuration’, also recognized as an educational innovation group of the Polytechnic University of Madrid has carried out in the field of various educational innovation projects based on the ‘game’. Within the Curriculum for the title of architect, both in the first-year core subjects, as well as in the interdepartmental experimental workshops and in the subjects of free choice – one specifically sustainable toy design and the other on gender- in addition to intensive courses for European university students (Athens) and finally, in the areas of intensification of the last courses and even in the postgraduate courses – master and doctoral – we have introduced pedagogical experiences that involve playing as an action-based pedagogy that provokes a reflection on the architectural, the world and ourselves. Some of these actions, methodology, objectives and results obtained are some of these actions, the objectives and the results.
